Great foodLa Trailita is hands down one of the best Mexican food trucks in Iowa. The food is authentic, full of flavor, and made with real ingredients. The quesabirria tacos are incredible—juicy, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. You can truly taste the tradition in every bite. Friendly service and great portions. The quesabillias are amazing! Brisket so tender and consume has huge depth of flavor. The quesadillas also fantastic! Will definitely be eating there again!
Was just passing thru Sioux Center and stumbled on this place. I was not disappointed at all. They were fast and friendly. The quesabirria was amazing. The tacos and fillings were fresh. The broth was awesome. The portions were right on the money. Will definitely be back. They rocked it. Wouldn't hesitate to try anything else on the menu.
AMAZING food, their quesabirria is easily the best you’ll find in the area. Their salsas are flavorful with the perfect amount of heat. Service is always fast and incredibly friendly. Hands down my go-to food truck, very highly recommended.
A.MAZ.ING! Ate there 3 days in a row when visiting! Everything was great I can wait to go back....and I live 5 hours away in SE IA. Tried the quesabirria, street tacos, and some amazing green nachos! Spice was awesome and so were the people working there!

The food was incredible. The aqua fresco was so yummy on a hot day. So much flavor and so much love poured into their food. We got to meet the owner and wow what a wonderful woman. Great people and grate food.
These are easily some of the best tacos in America. I ate here three days in a row. One bite of the campechano tacos and this place is now one of my favorite places to eat tacos. If you’re in the area and like good food you must stop at this food truck!
